The clinic is well equipped with all specialists and staff are very cooperative. The entire team at the clinic seems professionals and made me comfortable through out my visit. Fast service with good customer care. Today I went for my knee treatment and the doctor and team did it well, and the staff took good care of me, especially the frontline staff assisted with quick insurance approvals. They are effectively managing the crowd although slightly rushed. Keep up the good work nurses 👍🏻

I recently visited Docib clinic at Muhaisnah 4 for a routine check-up and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. I was in and out of the clinic in a timely manner and would highly recommend Docib to anyone in need of medical services. Overall, a good experience at clinic.

This is my second time now having bad expericne infact the worst experience i had an appoinment for ent at 5:40 i reached there they asked me to tske token and wait and another manager comes and tell me u dont have to regoster u have to go upstairs so the first lady at the registration doesnt know her job ? Ok and then i went upstairs to register they asked me to wait after soo long they called me to the nurse station and took the vitals and asked to wait again after soo long i went to the registrations and she is just laughing and telling that i dont know anything sit u have to talk to the nurse if doctor aint callling you so why is she there if she doesnt know anything? And i had to wait more than an hour for seeing the doctor even though i have an appointment
Very bad service from the reception . I had to wait for 10min just so they can finish their chitchat and register my id . They were talking themselves and didnot even dare to look at me and once i finished my consultation with the doctor again at the countrr they started to push me around themselves because they all were lazy.
And there another lady came in to check if i was a malayali just to make sure if i am understanding that they are just chitchating

Very good. Today I had dental appointment with dr. Shafwan. I am very much satisfied with his treatment and explanation. The staffs are also gentle and assist me from appointment till my insurance claim form. The nurses also very supportive

I have visited this clinic multiple times, always they treated customer with high priority irrespective of anything.Pharamcy team also tried their best to get out medicines approvals. The entire team nursing, front desk is doing their job on considering the patients necessity.
